Q: I have a C on the phone and they don't have their insurance policy number. Can their insurance be verified?

| A: The policy number for TennCare consumers should be in anytime (TN Care Verification). Occasionally, it has not been updated, So if it is not in anytime then the consumer will need to get this information. |
