Q: What do I do if a consumer says that the Care Manager or Nurse is not returning their calls?

| Make sure C's phone number is up to date in ECW. Check previous notes in Encounters to see if CM/Nurse has been trying to reach out to C. Explain to C all callbacks require at least a 48 hour turnaround time. Please reach out to the facility admin in the assigned office. If it is metro, they should reach out to TL or SPM to email Olivia Martin- Manager of Nursing. |
