Q:  I cannot reach a Care Management Floater.  What do I do?

A: Include in your enrollment email:  CM floater not reached.  C advised CM will contact C directly.

 

Q: It is after hours and the Care Management Floater is gone for the day.  What do I do?

A: Include in your enrollment email: CM floater not reached d/t after hours enrollment.  C advised CM will reach out directly.
