Q: Transportation

Transportation is to be scheduled at the time of MM appt. being scheduled.
Read all alerts before scheduling any transportation appointments.
Transportation must be scheduled for exact time of C's MM/PE appt.
Transportation can be scheduled for MM/Therapy for Safety Net Consumers.
C's and MM only for THL C's unless Therapy and MM is scheduled on same day.
THL can not have transportation for Therapy only appts.
No Same Day Transportation Appts can be scheduled.
